What to Expect

As a Dr. Green customer, your lawn will be placed on our service schedule. You’ll receive email notifications before each visit.
If you prefer text message or phone call notifications, please contact our customer service department.

After each application, review your Service Summary Report for important cutting and watering instructions. Please allow 10–14 days for each application to take effect. When proper cutting and watering practices are followed, you’ll see noticeable improvement as the season progresses.

Terms of Service Agreement

By becoming a Dr. Green Services customer, you agree to the following terms:

1. Automatic Renewal
   Dr. Green Services operates as a subscription-based program. Services automatically continue from season to season to maintain consistent lawn health. You may cancel at any time (see cancellation policy below).

2. Use of Photos and Reviews
   From time to time, Dr. Green may feature customer lawns, photos, or reviews in marketing materials such as newsletters, blogs, or ads.
   If you prefer not to participate, please contact us and we’ll remove your information immediately.

3. Service Scheduling
   In some cases, multiple applications may be completed at once if beneficial to your lawn. Each service will be billed individually.
   We’ll always perform services at the correct time for optimal results.

4. Cancellation Policy
   You may cancel your service at any time by calling 1-800-465-2934.
   We do not accept cancellation requests made through field technicians or sales representatives.

5. Promotional Services
   If you received a free treatment (such as Free Grub Control) as part of a promotion and cancel before completing the full program, you will be billed for that free service.

6. Payments & Late Fees
   Payments are due upon receipt of the invoice.
   Accounts past due more than 30 days are subject to interest charges.

7. Refunds
   Refunds may be issued upon request and are calculated on a prorated basis.
   A 10% administrative fee applies, and the value of any free services received will be deducted. Full refund policy here.

8. Results Disclaimer
   Lawn results depend on factors beyond our control — including weather, mowing height, watering habits, soil conditions, and pest or disease outbreaks.
   While Dr. Green Services uses proven methods to improve and protect your lawn, we cannot guarantee prevention or total elimination of all problems. We do not reseed or replace lawns but will always provide solutions to help you achieve the best possible results.

Accountability, Transparency, and AI Disclosure

Dr. Green Services operates with full transparency and open communication. To support the creation of educational and informational content, we may utilize artificial intelligence (AI) tools to assist in developing website content, social media posts, videos, and podcasts.
