At Dr. Green Services, your satisfaction is our top priority. Every treatment is backed by our 100% Guarantee — if you’re unsatisfied with the results of an application, we’ll reapply that service free of charge to ensure your lawn meets our high standards.

Refunds

Refunds may be issued upon request for prepaid services not yet completed.
All refunds are calculated on a prorated basis to reflect the portion of the program delivered. A 10% administrative fee applies, and the value of any free or promotional services (such as complimentary grub control or aeration) will be deducted from the refund total.
